Cathy Daub is the president and founder of BirthWorks International, a nonprofit organization with certification programs for childbirth educators, birth doulas,  and postpartum doulas.

Cathy has been facilitating national/international childbirth education and doula workshops over the last 25 years.

She is also a physical therapist, certified Maya Abdominal Massage therapist, certified in pelvic bodywork, and trained in techniques of myofascial release, all of which she incorporates into her workshops.

She is the author of Birthing in the Spirit- a human values approach to childbirth, which was listed in the Family Wellness Magazine as one of the top ten books to read on pregnancy and childbirth, and Doulas of Love.

She brings together her many talents when working with women, helping them to integrate the mind, body, and spirit when giving birth and helping them to have more trust and faith in their bodies’ innate ability to give birth.
