ABOUT LISA Kane Low

Lisa Kane Low is the immediate past President of American College of Nurse Midwives also known as ACNM.

She has held previous leadership roles at ACNM including overseeing the development of national standard setting documents, development of a Tool Kit for maternity care professionals to promote healthy physiologic birth found at BirthTOOLS.org  and with the Reducing Primary Cesarean project, a perinatal learning collaborative.

She is also a participant in the national multi-stakeholder AIM project focused on reducing maternal mortality which is led by ACOG and a delegate at the National Homebirth Summit.
