Sandra Bardsley is the current President of Association for Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health (APPPAH).

Sandra  has been involved professionally with birth and early parenting as a mother, registered nurse, midwife, doula, lactation consultant, birth counselor and Lamaze certified childbirth educator for over 50 years.

Sandra is the author of several articles and the book "Creating A Joyful Birth Experience: Developing a partnership with your unborn child for healthy pregnancy, labor, and early parenting"
